My Buckwheat Pillow

“Wait a minute, you say. I’m not sharing my buckwheat pillow with anybody. If anyone wants a buckwheat pillow, let them buy their own.”

Okay, okay. I’m not asking you to share your actual physical buckwheat pillow. I mean share your knowledge about your buckwheat pillow.

You are one of the privileged few who actually do know about buckwheat pillows. They seem to be one of the best kept secrets in the world.

No one seems to know why there has been such a lag in getting the word out about the benefits of buckwheat pillows. Maybe it’s because those of us who do know about them feel that we have such an advantage over those who don’t, that we’re just reluctant to give up that advantage. I hate to think that we as humans are that selfish. Maybe the only reason that I’m trying to spread the word is that I sell them, and thus will benefit from having this knowledge become widespread. I guess that would make me selfish in a whole different way.

I prefer to think that I’m spreading this beneficial knowledge purely out of the goodness of my heart. Is there anything wrong with realizing a little profit while exercising the goodness of my heart? I hope not.

I was just talking to my granddaughter, and she was telling me about hanging out with two of her friends at one of their houses. They were lounging on the floor with pillows watching TV, when she noticed one of them was using a buckwheat pillow, and she said, ”OH, you have a buckwheat pillow too.”.

They immediately got into a discussion about how much they liked their buckwheat pillows, and my granddaughter, Shannon, asked her friend where she had gotten her buckwheat pillow, because she noticed there was no zipper in the end of it.

I’m not going to be the one to tell you what you’ll be, but you’ll be one if you don’t get a buckwheat pillow by the day after Mar. 31st.

If you haven’t figured out what you’ll be, after all these hints, then you just really may be one, but I’ll never tell. And, if you get your order in right away for a buckwheat pillow, even if you haven’t figured out what it is you’re going to be, no one will find it out, because I promise I won’t tell anyone.

If you really don’t know what you’ll be if you have not gotten a buckwheat pillow before the day after Mar. 31st, just include an email with your order for your buckwheat pillow to let me know that you don’t know what you’ll be, and I’ll send you an email back telling you what you would have been, had you not gotten your order in, in time to get your buckwheat pillow before the day after Mar. 31st.

If you don’t send in your order for a buckwheat pillow along with an email telling me you don’t know what you would have been, you may never know what you will, by that time, already have become. That would mean you will be one, and not know what you are. Wouldn’t it be terrible, not knowing what you are. Please don’t take that chance. Send in your order for a buckwheat pillow right away, so you don’t become one.

This post is for those of you who have been wanting a buckwheat pillow, but you just can’t bring yourself to do the order. It’s called procrastination.

Procrastination probably caused more good things to remain undone, than all the other reasons in the world (with the possible exception of the devil).
