At the end of the day, are you tired and just want to go to bed and get a good night’s sleep? You don’t want to have to think about “Am I breathing right?” “Wait, I can’t eat a snack before I go to bed.” “Darn, I forgot I wasn’t supposed to drink any coffee after supper.” “I hope I can keep from worrying about my job.”
I’m on your side. Worrying about all that stuff that might keep me awake, would keep me awake. I just punch my buckwheat pillow in the middle with my fist and go to sleep. I’ll see you in the morning.
