First, you acquire a good, quality buckwheat bed pillow - king, queen, standard, twin - whatever fits your bed and your head. Then you resolve to improve your life by always sleeping on a buckwheat bed pillow. Then, on New Year’s Eve, go to bed and sleep on  your new buckwheat pillow. You will have established a New Year’s resolution that you will find almost impossible to break.
